5. Building the Frame
Next up, you’re going to take the pieces of wood that make up the frame and secure them together using wood glue and nails.
6. Putting in the Shelves
Take the pieces of wood that will be the shelves of your cabinet and put them in place. You’ll have to jostle and use a level to make sure they’re even.
7. Slide on Your Backer
To form the back of the cabinet, you can use a simple piece of plywood. Just make sure it’s cut down to size.
8. Securing the Back in Place
When securing the back of the cabinet to the frame, you’ll only need to use a bunch of 1-inch nails.
After everything is stained and secured, you’ll want to give the whole cabinet a good sanding using a fine grit.
